Strategic Direction (2018)

With a focus on the future, our strategic plan and vision for the next 20 years is well underway. The next 5 years has been articulated in detail with KPI’s for the leadership team.

General Manager of Land Partners (Civil Engineer background)



  • To Lead the Land Partners consultancy
  • Work with Directors to grow Land Partners business and client base
  • Mentor Team Leader Civils to perform the duties of Chartered Professional Civil Engineer.
  • Ensure team successfully work together to deliver Land projects (Engineering; Survey & Planning) 
  • Workflow management. Manage staff across multiple disciplines & projects to high standard 
  • Mentor Land team to ensure all staff achieving professional development goals
  • Ensure best practice standards met including a H&S; QA and technical standards of excellence


Planner 3-5 years +


  • Work as part of the Land Partners team to deliver land development solutions and outcomes on behalf of our client  
  • Mentored to manage multi-disciplined teams and complex resource consent applications  
  • Communication, advise and act as the clients advocate through the planning consent process
  • Deliver reports with best practice standards met including QA and technical standards of excellence

LCS Survey Team Leader


  • Lead the small survey team focused on land development projects
  • Full cadastral range of work in infrastructure and development projects
  • Client facing; project management and working with GM of Land to develop the surveying brand
  • Busy environment with solid workflow from corporate and government client portfolio

Survey Technician



  • Accurate land survey work including site and office work for both survey and engineering projects.
