Bevan utilises his engineering academic background and planning experience to manage the delivery of resource consents for land subdivision, design and build. He has worked on a wide range of notable projects including the successful acquisition of approximately 150 resource consents for a major telecommunications network rollout throughout Hamilton, Taupo, Rotorua, Auckland and the wider Waikato region. Since 2014, Bevan has worked for Land Partners on resource consents for a variety of small to medium multi-lot subdivisions. He enjoys all the small details that go along with this process.
